Every plan includes AgentNuro Insight, which shows where AI spend and usage go, and AgentNuro Control, the gateway that routes, caches and enforces policy on each request. Plans differ in how much traffic they govern and which features are on.

How does AgentNuro billing work?
Your bill has up to three parts. Only the platform fee is fixed; the other two follow your usage, and your applications never stop when you reach a limit.

Platform fee
A flat monthly price for your plan. Annual billing is the lower price; monthly billing is 20% more. Free is $0.

Governed requests
Each plan governs a monthly allowance of AI requests sent through the AgentNuro gateway. Above it, requests are never blocked.

Model spend
Use your own provider keys and pay providers directly (Lite and above), or use managed models at provider list price plus a handling fee.

Every AI request your apps and agents send through the AgentNuro gateway counts as one governed request, whatever its size in tokens. Insight’s spend and usage views, which read from your provider and billing connections, do not use requests.
Your requests are never blocked. On Free, they keep reaching the model, but AgentNuro stops routing, caching and enforcing policies on them until your allowance resets next month or you upgrade. On Lite and Team, you choose: keep governing at your plan’s overage rate, or let requests pass through the same way. Requests that pass through still appear in your spend view, marked as passed through.
No. Managed models are billed at the provider’s list price. When you add model credit, a handling fee is added on top and shown at checkout: 5.5% on Free, 5% on Lite, 3% on Team and 2% on Enterprise. With your own provider keys, you pay providers directly and AgentNuro adds no fee to that spend.
No. Free includes $2 of model credit every month, which does not roll over. Add a card only when you want more model credit, which carries Free’s 5.5% handling fee.
