Every Copilot seat and every Copilot agent, accounted for

AgentNuro shows how every licensed Microsoft Copilot seat is used, and which ones to keep, coach, downgrade or remove. It also discovers every agent built in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, alongside agents on Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini Enterprise, with each agent’s owner, usage and cost.

Read-only. Nothing changes for your users, makers or their agents.

Seats and agents in one view, so the Copilot conversation covers everything you pay for.

Why is Microsoft Copilot hard to govern?

Copilot arrives two ways: as licensed seats inside the apps people use every day, and as agents that makers build in Copilot Studio. IT is accountable for both, including the seats no one uses and the agents no one reviewed.

Seats bought, not used

Copilot is licensed per user. Without usage by person, licenses stay with people who rarely or never use it, renewal after renewal.

Anyone can build an agent

Copilot Studio puts agent building in the hands of business makers. Agents appear faster than IT can review them, often in default or personal environments.

Cost lands on the tenant, not the team

Seats bill per user. Agents consume Copilot Studio credits and Azure meters. The bill shows totals, not which department or agent drove them.

Microsoft is not your only AI platform

Engineering teams also build agents on AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini Enterprise. Each console only sees its own, so no one has the full picture.

What can you answer once seats and agents are in one view?

The questions leadership asks about Copilot, answered from the same data.

Licensed Copilot
Who is actually using their Copilot license?

Every licensed user is placed in a usage tier, from power users to dormant users with no activity in 60 days, by department and by person.

AI Usage Visibility
Where is Copilot being adopted?

See active users in each Copilot app, such as Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, and how prompts and AI responses trend over time.

Measure AI adoption and ROI
Which seats should we keep, coach, downgrade or remove?

Each user gets a recommended action, with the potential savings shown up front, so renewals are based on usage rather than headcount.

Token and Cost Optimization
Copilot agents
How many agents do we have, and who owns them?

Every Copilot Studio and Power Platform agent is listed with its owner and published date, next to agents on Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini Enterprise.

Unsanctioned AI Discovery
Which agents are actually being used?

Usage for each agent shows which ones people rely on and which have gone quiet. Agents with no activity become a review list, not a guess.

AI Tool Inventory
What does each agent cost, and which team pays?

Tokens and cost per agent roll up to the owner and their team, so agent spend can be shown back or charged back instead of absorbed by IT.

AI Cost Attribution

How do you know which Copilot licenses are paying off?

AgentNuro reads Copilot usage for every licensed user and groups them by how much they actually use it. Each user gets a recommended action, and the savings are shown before anyone loses access.

How is AgentNuro different from Microsoft’s own Copilot tools?

Use them together. Microsoft’s admin centers, the Copilot Dashboard and Agent 365 report on and secure Copilot inside Microsoft. AgentNuro adds a recommended action for every licensed seat, and what every agent costs and who is accountable for it, across Microsoft, AWS and Google.

Frequently asked questions

Two things. Licensed Copilot: who uses their seat, how much, in which apps, and which seats to keep, coach, downgrade or remove. And Copilot agents: every agent built in Copilot Studio and Power Platform, with its owner, usage and cost. AgentNuro covers both in one place, alongside agents on Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini Enterprise.

AgentNuro reads Copilot usage for every licensed user with read-only access, including prompts, AI responses, the Copilot apps each person uses and their department. Active users are grouped into power users (top 20% by usage), general users (middle 60%) and low users (bottom 20%). Users with no activity in 60 days or more are marked dormant.

Each licensed user gets a recommended action based on their usage: coaching for people who would benefit from enablement, downgrade where usage does not justify the current license, and removal for dormant seats. Potential savings are shown before you act, and your team makes the final call.

AgentNuro connects to Power Platform with read-only access and lists every agent, with its owner, published date, usage, tokens and cost. It does the same for agents on Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock and Google Gemini Enterprise, so all of them appear in one inventory.

No. The connection is read-only. Nothing is installed, people keep using Copilot as before, agents keep running as they were built, and makers keep working in Copilot Studio as usual.

Microsoft’s admin center reports and the Copilot Dashboard show Copilot usage, and Agent 365 manages agent identity, access and security, licensed per user. AgentNuro adds a recommended action and potential savings for every licensed seat, and the cost of every agent across Microsoft, AWS and Google, attributed to the teams behind it. They work side by side.

Real-time controls such as budgets, model routing, caching and a kill switch apply to traffic routed through the AgentNuro Gateway, such as agents and apps your developers build on Azure AI Foundry. Licensed Copilot and Copilot Studio agents run on Microsoft’s service, so AgentNuro Insight covers them with read-only usage, cost and recommendations.

No prompt content is stored. Insight reads usage, agent details, tokens and cost through usage, platform and billing APIs. When traffic routes through the Gateway, each prompt is assessed in real time to pick the right model and is not stored.
