See every AI tool and agent your departments use, each with a named owner. Break spend out by department and project. Set policies once for the agency, and let each department work inside them.
Starts read-only. Nothing is installed, prompts are never stored, and nothing changes for staff or systems.
Set the guardrails once for the whole agency. Let each department own its budget, models and agents inside them. Pick a department to see which policies apply to everyone and which belong to that department.
Councils, auditors, legislators and the public tend to ask the same four questions. AgentNuro keeps the answers current, so you report from live data instead of surveying every department.
Every AI tool and agent in one register, including tools nobody approved and agents built in Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and Gemini Enterprise.
Each tool and agent is assigned to a department owner, who sees its usage, spend and alerts.
Spend by department, project, model and agent, reconciled to the bills each provider issues.
Policy decisions and enforcement on routed traffic, kept as an audit trail you can pull on demand.
This evidence supports the Govern function of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, including its call to keep an inventory of AI systems, and the AI inventory and accountability requirements in many state AI policies. AgentNuro supplies the evidence; your agency decides how it meets each requirement.
Your security team decides what connects. Here is what AgentNuro states, in the order reviewers ask, and where to check each answer.
Most agencies start read-only, give every tool and agent an owner, then add enforcement one department at a time. Select a phase to see what is in place after it.
Use a purchasing path your procurement team already works with. The public sector team confirms which contract applies in your state.

Begin with the free, read-only AI spend map for one department's providers. When you're ready to expand, move to either path.
No. The first view comes from read-only connections to the AI providers you choose, your Microsoft tenant and your cloud agent platforms. The AgentNuro gateway is optional, and it only affects the apps and agents you decide to route through it.
Yes, for Microsoft Copilot. Reporting on Copilot licenses, usage and optimization is tested in GCC tenants, and most of our government customers already use it. If you run other Microsoft sources in GCC, or use GCC High, talk to us first.
It lists agents deployed on Google Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Power Platform, including agents built in Copilot Studio, each with its owner, usage and cost. Agents nobody registered are included.

AI used on personal devices or paid for with personal cards leaves no trace in agency systems, so no tool can see it. AgentNuro covers the AI providers, Microsoft tenant and agent platforms you connect, plus any traffic you route through the gateway.
No. AgentNuro doesn't store prompt content, so it is not a record of what staff typed into AI tools. Retention of those interactions stays with the AI provider or your archive, under your records policy. AgentNuro holds usage, spend and policy data.
Not today. AgentNuro is covered by CloudNuro's SOC 2 Type II report. If FedRAMP or GovRAMP (formerly StateRAMP) authorization is required in your state, tell us early so we can plan with you.
Yes. Spend is attributed to the user, department, project, model and agent behind it. Each department sees its own total, and IT and the budget office see every department side by side.
Yes. You set a budget per department, and its owner is alerted as spend nears the limit. On routed traffic, the budget is enforced in real time.
Insight totals match the bills it reads from each provider's API. Control's token-based figures arrive in real time, before the bill, and track the invoice closely, though an exact match can't be guaranteed.
Add it to your existing CloudNuro agreement, order through SHI, Insight or Carahsoft on the contracts your agency already uses, or start with one department. The public sector team confirms which contract applies in your state.
Yes. The free AI spend map is read-only, so one department can start with its own providers and the agency can expand from there.
Our accessibility statement describes current conformance. If your solicitation requires a VPAT, ask the public sector team.
Read-only access to the AI providers you choose and to your identity provider. Nothing is installed on staff devices.
